Facilities

Hotel New Tsuruta offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Relaxing Onsen Experience

“I visited the Nijo-Sen onsen on the 6th floor, and it was a fantastic experience. The indoor tub was spacious and very relaxing, and they even had a smaller area where you could lie down and unwind while bathing. The small outdoor tub, despite some noise from passing cars, still offered a pleasant atmosphere, especially with a view of Kitahama park and Beppu bay. Everything was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail, as staff checked the water temperature and cleanliness during my visit.” read full review

Delicious Breakfast Variety

“The breakfast spread was nothing short of impressive! It was a healthy Japanese breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. I felt completely satisfied after each meal, and there were plenty of different dishes to try. It was the perfect way to start my day.” read full review

Comfortable Japanese Style Room

“I stayed in a traditional Japanese ryokan room, which surprisingly provided a very comfortable night's sleep despite sleeping on the floor. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a hotel stay and was clean and tidy. The ambiance was cozy, making my experience very enjoyable.” read full review

Convenient Parking Facilities

“The availability of free parking was a huge plus during my stay. It made accessing the hotel easier and more convenient, especially after exploring the surrounding areas. It's great to have a worry-free parking solution while traveling.” read full review
